alive works well, also try this. it sounds strange but it works. hold an ice cube in the palm of your hand, it has something to do with the nerves in your hand and it does work.

Is the area inflamed? Maybe you should consider ibuprofen. If not, then take some Tylenol. If you can, go to the ER, they usually can give you a dental block that will take care of the pain for a few hours. But you really need to get to the dentist. If you can't afford one, call your health department, they can point you in the direction of dentists who help those who are financially strapped.

Well, in the states there is a product called Anacin, its an aspirin like compound that works very well for dental pain. That said get on the line and make an appointment with your dentist.

Motrin, and make an appointment with the dentist! Also try using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth.

Both of theseI have never tried but I heard of grinding up tylenol and put it on a napkin and put it on the tooth that is aching and kind of chew on it. Lastly and this maybe a given but you can susitute tylenol for cocaine.
