I agree with the other two previous answers. It is best to avoid any supplements whilst breast-feeding unless they have been agreed upon as being safe by a health practitioner who is in the know about what is safe or not for a woman who is nursing.

Breast-feeding helps with weight loss naturally. Quite a bit of the excess weight laid down in pregnancy is natures way of ensuring successful milk production for the baby after it is born. Fat will be mobilised for milk production.

No it is not safe because babies drink what the mother put in her body

always be cautious when you take any accelerators, they do pass thru the milk, this can be harmful to the baby, just do your homework before you take anything.
