It depends on many factors.
1. Is she familiar with (and comfortable with) various positions?
2. Physically, is she capable of having sex in that position (and alternatively are YOU capable of performing in that position)?
Not every "perfect" position works for every woman, and experiences with one woman do not predispose you to pleasing a different one.
The best sex I ever had was with the man who honestly wasn't afraid to try different things that I was curious about, and didn't force any positions on me that I was uncomfortable with.

That' s a tought one. You may not know this, but woman have two spots, the g-spot (which is about an inch or so inside the vagina) and the a-spot (which is closer to the cervix). The missionary position is better for hitting the g-spot, especially when the guy holds the girls ankles on his shoulders. Doggystyle is better for hitting the a-spot.

it depends on your woman. Talk to her to find out what satisfies her mot. If she is the shy type, experience with a number of positions and observe her reaction. If u a doing something right, she definetely,cant hide it.
Otherwise oral and doggie do it for a lot of gals.

climbing on the tree (variant second) is the best position.Women is fully satisfied in this position.
