Lately ive been getting really stressed out during the day at school and i really dont know why, I dont have anything to be stressedout about

well it is going to take some practice, but you need to learn that you can not control every thing in your life. Some things are out of your hands. Well i would say something is bothering you, otherwise you would not be getting so stressed out, and if you can not figure it out then maybe you need to go and talk with a therapist, and they can help you to find what is stressing you out. There is not much you can do about it, if you don't even know what is stressing you out.

Ask your parents for a punching bag and start training. It feels good to punch bag, trust me.

Take deep breaths. . . count to 10 - or try and think of something happy and positive.

Cheesy advice, but it helps.
