My nice is staying with a family of 10,8of them boys from 8 to16. one of them gets arested just about every week.she sleeps on the couch most nites,you see she likes the 16yr old,when he does not have a girl to use,he pushes up on her and she gives.She wont make him ware protection and she wont say no because then he gets mad and stops talking to her.His mother is no help she incourages my nice,saying that she should give him time to grow up.I think she just wants the money my nice pays to stay there.If you get welfare is it leagle to have a nonfamily member paying you bord? If the cops raid the house and find drugs,can she get in truble to even if she does not do them(I'm almost sure shes not).Can she get into truble for sleeping with an onderage boy even if his parents know and dont care?How can she watch him take another to his bed one nite and then sleep with him the next?

I and other family have offerd to give her a safe place to stay, she wont take it.She is 19 and very nave.

Okay, I'll try to answer these in order: I'm not sure how you can get her to see her behavior is dangerous; 19 year-olds can be pretty stubborn (I know I was). If you get welfare, it is very illegal to accept rent from a non-family member. If the cops raid the house and find drugs, every adult in the house will go to jail, regardless of whether they use or not. Depending on where she is and the law there, she may be able to be charged with statutory rape. As far as how she can watch him take a girl into his be one night, and then hop into it the next, I have no idea. Maybe she has some self-esteem issues.

Well she's very vulnerable, naive, stupid, submissive. And he likes to take control of her. She's not gonna stop unless SHE wants to. Yes, she'll get arrested along with everyone else. If he's underage and decides to flip on her then she can be in big trouble. She's being an idiot. She just wants love and is doing anything to have it.

This family is the degenerate of society. Your neice obviously has a very low self esteem to allow this punk to abuse her sexually. Why don't you let her live with you instead of complaining about her current situation? Are YOU doing anything to help her?

she is an adult who is too far gone. just leave her alone, let her make her own mistakes. if she calls you and wants to change, then you can help.
