please answer this form a religous point of view i where in the torah talmud etc does it say they have to wear suits

Well, my father-in-law doesn't always wear a suit. You're talking about Orthodox Jews. They wish to dress smartly, that's all. Why do televangelists always wear suits? Why do nuns always wear habits?

Being as the Torah Talmud was written before the suit was a fashion statement, it wouldn`t say that now would it? Nothing wrong with wearing a suit. It looks nice and is a very respectable form of attire.

Says who? Considering most Jewish men have more money than the average person maybe that is the reason. I would think it has nothing to do with religion at all.
