No.
God knows your heart and it's motives and/or purity. If God is infinite and knows all of the past present and future, he/she knew what you were going to do all along even before you did it.
If you're asking permission to do something wrong as you die, you already know your motive and you therefore know your answer.
If you're asking because of sincere concern or worry, you need to seek peace from God through his/her spirit. He/she wants you to have peace.
This sounds like the whole argument regarding whether Judas as an instrument of God's will was held accountable for betraying Jesus and was sentenced to hell or if he was simply a pawn of God and is now in heaven... Only God knows/knew the condition of Judas' heart and therefore only God knows where Judas is now...

Great question!
I hope this isn't too waffely but my friend Ravi Zaccerius (an Indian Appologist) explains this really well. Imagine your life is written in a book and at the end of time or when you die everyone's books are put into a giant book case with the people who are most good at the top and the people who are most bad at the bottom - so Mother Teresa and Gandi are near the top and Hitler and Idi Amene are somewhere near the bottom. I would probably be somewhere in the middle. At the end of time a line is drawn accross the bookshelf and everyone on one side of that line go to be with God forever (in concentrated God-ness - who defines and is the source of all good, true, beauty and life etc) and everyone who is on the other side gets absence of God.
Now, some people think that this line is horizontal in that it depends on reaching a certain level of goodness but actually it's vertical because it only depends on one choice. Does that person want to be with God now (on earth). God gives us what we choose.
The reason why it can't be a horizontal line is because the line was too high - it was perfection. (sorry, I'm not sure how much of this you already understand so forgive me if I'm telling you stuff you already know). The standard is perfect goodness, perfect kindness, perfect truth, etc. This is what God is and so if we are going to be in God we have to be this too.
We can't be this so Jesus swapped places with us, taking the lack of love, kindness, truth etc that polutes us onto himself and giving us his perfect life.
John's gospel talks a lot about this if you're interested in thinking more about it - for John eternal life wasn't about length of life... or even quality of life directly, but intimate connection to The Life (ie Jesus) so we can be found "in Him" who is "In God" and have the Holy Spirit living in us (like the Temple was God dwelling with his people in the OT).
hope that's helpful. Good luck with your ponderings!

Remember the story about cruxifixion of Jesus? There's two criminals cruxified beside His. Both of them commit murder, both of them was high level criminal. Both have done the same mistake. Both have choose wrong motive to kill people, both may choose the wrong friends, choose the wrong career.
BUT, while one criminals choose to mock at Jesus, The other choose to say, "Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom".
And what Jesus said? "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in heaven."
You've made some bad choices in life, haven't you? You've chosen the wrong friends, maybe the wrong career, even the wrong spouse. You might look back over your life and say, "If only... If only I could make up for those bad choices...."
Yes.
We all make thousands of bad decision in our whole life time. but ONE good decision can offsets all thousand bad ones on earth. Even if it's in your last minute of life.
the choice is yours

well theres some things you can do that still send you to hell, even if you accept god in your heart, like murder the innocent, or they can go to heaven if they accept god in there hearts, but god will punish them for all of eternity.
