I wrote a note to my co-worker. she has been flirting with me for a while now and I think that she might like me. do you think that it's a good idea to hand her this note that I wrote (it tells her that I like her and that I want to date her), or just wait and let things happen naturally? I'm just afraid that she may complain about me and think that I'm harassing her.... Thanks

First of all it's probably not in your best interests to date a co-worker. But if you think its worth a shot, then go for it. DO NOT do it with a note. Wait unitl you are both off the clock and just ask her out face to face. If she does turn you down (or you get a maybe) don't let it bother you, act like nothing ever happend. Wait a few days and jokingly bring it up. Say something like "I really wish you would let me take you out before my hair line starts to receed and im no longer physically attractive." Make sure you say it playfully, like you don't care what the answer is. If she says no again, find a new target.

It's not a good ideas to give her a note if you are afraid that she might complain for harassing. It is an evidence right there. But if you really wanted to give her a note. Write it in simple way, like: Hi cute, if you are available this weekend, can we have a date?.
But since you both work in the same place why don't just tell her that you had grow to like her since you work together instead of give her a note. Passing note it is too old school for high school kid. Good luck.

No. Don't.

When she's talking or smiling to you once, just ask her: Would you like to have lunch with me today/tomorrow? I know a really nice place where they serve .........

Smile, and note her reactions.
