I know ive mentioned about this already but the work situation is getting me down. Ive got a works do tonight but dont want to go as i know all the guys will be mawling over the new gals and when i try to make an effort with the guys they dont want to know and i find it a bit rude as i did get on with these people. I just since these girls have started i feel i am no longer wanted and am feeling very insecure as a person. Due to the fact that when i do try and talk to them they dont want to know. i just feel like im blending into the backround and ive no longer got no one to talk to as its the guys i have the most in common

Time to start looking for a new job.

I have seen this a lot. New girls get hired so the boss can have a harem working for him. Guys who were cool, good workers, get pushed out the door.

Good luck.

i understand how you feel, and its very hard and a big kno0ck on the confidence, just keep thinking to yourself that your not going to find someone while your looking, it will be wen you least suspect it, see if you can just be friends with these people, tell yourself its there loss and just means theres better out there for you.
i think wen you do meet someone then it will be 'the one' and you will be happy and wondering why you were so fussed in the first place, you will be pleased you didnt settle for someone just because you want attention and waited for your true love, you sound too good for those blokes anyway and if they did pay you attention you will most likely end up another notch on their belt so count your luck stars and just keep positive. it will happen i promise you!!!.

Same problem here man. And they think people like us have it easy. Seems you have to share mutual insecurity just to get along well. Some kind of people need mutual enemies to bond and it's just you luck that you're the victim.

No need to resign if you want to keep your job though. You're there to make money, not to join some greater brotherhood of man.

first of all you did not go there to look at anyones face, u went there to work; so do the work you were employed for and don't expect anyone to talk to you. be yourself they'l come around if they so wish. please don't show up.
