I was engaged until last month when she sent me an email and told me that she wasnt in love anymore. I feel that I will never be happy again, I loved her more than anything in the world and I almost went to jail for her, and I cant figure out how to live without her, every breath hurts and every dream is a nightmare. How do you heal a broken heart

I have been on the other side.. Where i was proposed too and then out of the blue asked if he could take it back.
He felt he was moving too fast..

I put my foot down and broke off the relationship because i was sick of the games being played at my expense.

It killed me inside.
But i had to come to terms with Me.. who i am.. what i deserve.
If your ex fiance wants out... then think about it as ( it was meant to be this way)..

Either you got yourself out of a life time of mind games and into a life that you have control of your life.
So take that opportunity and take control of your life.
be the best YOU , you can be.
I took time to look at me.. and of course i vented to all my friends.. i needed too to ease the pain and slowly get back out into the dating field.. mind you it took a good year for me to even think about dating again.

So take time to feel the pain.. cry.. (yes its ok to cry).
And then start with little treats for you..
Like a swim at a pool or beach. or spa.
take a ride on a ferry. Basically start making HAPPY memories.
If you and your ex fiance went places together. Find friends to go there again with.. So your last memory will be of there visit with you instead of your EXs.

I found these things helped me..
Heart felt hugs for you.
Its hard.. But you will get though this..
Don't go back.. Stand your ground.. And be Strong.
Mind games really suc.

Blessings ALD

Wow I'm so sorry for your pain. It's rough I know. Keep yourself busy. Get out the house even when you dont feel like it. By keeping busy it keeps your mind off your fiance. Locking yourself up in your house is the worst thing to do because it causes the hurt to fester and be prolonged. The only thing I can add is that time will heal this pain. Good Luck.
