I dont know where you are getting your facts from, but as a person who only knows atheists (family, friends and co-workers) I can tell you that we only fear Islam.

Christianity doesn't stop me being an atheist, it just gives me more reason not to believe in religion.
I don't need to 'practice' being an atheist, I'm well versed on the subject, I just don't believe in God, or any of the the religions associated with God.
As far as Islamic countries are concerned they don't just comprise of Muslims, I have no problem in that respect because I don't practice, some Islamic countries may not like the idea of Christians practicing in their country, which is yet another good reason not to believe in any religion at all! So its you that needs to worry about Islam, not I.

I've never been to an Islamic country, how can a question be based on knowledge we don't have at hand? Atheists, other than within this Q&A board, aren't usually prone to going around proclaiming their atheism so i'd assume they'd function in any country! Don't usually go around drawing attention to themselves!Atheism isn't a lifestyle and being an atheist is not something that you can observe in another person!

I expect atheists in an Islamic country feel the same about Islam. Atheism may be freer to practise in a Christian country (THANK YOU! THANK YOU! WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR YOUR MERCY!) but it remains the case that Christians try to push their agenda on non-believers. If Christians TRULY respected atheists' and others' rights to believe what we wanted, we would never be bothered by them, they would not attempt to change what is taught in schools, they would not lobby for laws to impose their narrow views on everyone, and we would have nothing to complain about. So that's why atheists feel more threatened by Christianity - because Christians actively threaten the freedom of others.

Why do think Christianity threatens us more? It might seem to you that atheist pick on Christianity more than other religions but this is because most atheists you would meet were raised as Christians. As such, they have a certain knowledge about the subject.
Also, most western countries are largely Christian so atheists feel especially offended when laws are put in place that reflect negative Christian values (gay rights etc)

Not actually. In fact both the Christians and Muslims try to force their opinions on the atheists and pick up arguments though the atheists are least impressed.

I have not observed Atheists being threatened by Christianity. Christianity is just more "in your face" on this forum, so it probably requires more of a "response" from Atheists. Just my observation.
