The same reason Girls break Boys hearts.........

2007-01-18 20:42:48 · answer #1 · answered by Janbull 5 · 6 1

The easy answer is to say "for the same reason girls break boys' hearts" -- which is true, but unhelpful.

So let's get technical :-)

It works like this: People are basically good, even the really bad ones, underneath it all they want to do the right thing -- it just gets very warped sometimes.

So any partner is basically good (underneath it all). But he/she has does something bad that you don't know about (or possibly a lot of little things) -- in fact, you might not think it was that bad, but he/she does. So he/she runs away because, being basically good, he doesn't want to do it to you again. He hides it and justifies it by saying it's your fault.

And that's it, it's really simple, really logical and really annoying.

They hurt you to justify the things that they've done wrong. So if someone breaks your heart it's because of what *they* have done wrong, not you.

Good luck.

why do boys break girls hearts, girls break boys, men break womens, women break mens!! all the the same in life - it will always happen!!

relationships just sometimes don't work out and I don't think its ever anyones intention to break a heart - but we've all been through it and come out the other end - many times I thought I would never recover from a broken heart and always I have - with a valuable lesson!!

I'm sorry if someone broke your heart - but you'll be fine I promise!!

We all break someone's heart at some point in life, whether we want to or not, it's inevitable if we want to live a full life...I'm sorry your heart is broken...it's painful...but it will pass...just put it down to experience...it'll make you wiser and more mature. Breaking someone's heart is also hard for people with a conscience...they have to live with the guilt.
