Dealing with people makes me feel tired, depressed, and angry. When I get home I want to curl up on my bed and not do anything. How can I revitalize myself so I can function after work?

You need to learn not to be taking your work home with you, you need to learn all of the problems you have dealing with the people at work , at work, and when you come home, kick back and relax and try to enjoy your evening, go out, or go to dinner, or watch a funny movie, just don't bring home your work with you, leave it at work. If you can not do that, then go and see a therapist, and if you are a therapist, well they need to see therapist too, so go see one, and get some fresh ideas.

When you get home, stick your favorite workout video in. This always helped me. And even though it's winter and cold, I bundle up and walk off my frustrations.

Then when I get home, I take a nice, hot shower and let my head get beat by the water. Sounds nuts, but this really helped me.

By that time, you'll be ready for a light dinner and curling up with a favorite book or TV show. Gets the mind going on something else besides the exasperating events of the day.

I was in retail management...so I hear you.

You have Iron Deficiency.
On one hand, take Rubifer chew-able tablets for iron deficiency for at least 3 months one/or two tablets daily depending on the severity of the problem.
On the other hand, take some milk, with some Glucose to your taste if you are not diabetic.
Take at least one serving of Mutton or Beef, and one serving of Egg,
and Red-grape Juice.

Find something you are passionate about and willing to take time out to spend on. Remember, we are like sponges and can absorb the negativity and crap from others. But not too long...
