No, it is not a cause for concern. This is perfectly normal.

Aren't Golden Retriever puppies the cutest puppies ever? Congratulations on your puppy. You have many years of joy ahead of you.

AAHH - how sweet! My two Goldens also have freckles and it is perfectly normal.

Aren't they just adorable? Bet everyone will stop you in the street when you take him out for a walk - we were always stopped and we still are!! They are the most adorable dogs in the world!!

Good luck and enjoy!

Don't you worry - mine has the same & he is now 9 months old. I got the vet to check when he was in for his snip, and it was all perfectly ok.
You have definitely bought the best type of pup - goldens are just brilliant brilliant dogs!
Indie got stopped & petted by everyone when he was your little one's age......and he still does!
Congratulations..........goldens make me smile!

Does your puppy feel itching there?
Is there any discharge?
Does it pain?
If so, contact Vet.
