K, so this is that weird desease where you pull out your hair. gross, i know, but i think i have it... ewww. I do this often without even realizing it. its not usually not that much, but it has been occuring more and more regularly, also sometimes i start to pick at my eye brows and eyelashes. I read this article that said that people with the disorder may also pick at skin and bite there nails. I've been biting my nails all my life and i pick at the skin around them. So my question is this; I dont want this thing to get any worse, so should i go to a doctor or a counsoler or what? I dont think its that seriouse of a thing but if it could realy become an issue i would like to get rid of the problem now, rather than later. Thanks for any opinions!

go see your family doctor and then maybe a psychologist because that has something to do with your nerves. and if you don't realize that u are doing it then yes it is a problem and it needs to be addressed by a professional. because you should never hurt yourself conscientiously or unconsciously.
