Are you of mixed race? how easy do you find it to embrace your two cultures?... i am Latina/white and i feel i am more on the Latina side, i know it shouldn't be one or the other, but my skin is of olive complexion from my Latina mother, and my father had blond hair so eventhough my hair is brunette it is titian that looks light/dark
I speak proper English some describe my accent as posh, but when i curse i sound like a proper Latina, i consider myself Latina through and through.... if you are mixed which two cultures do you have, and how easily do you embrace your two cultures?

My daddy's Texan and my momma's Brazilian. I've got tan skin with light brown hair and hazel eyes. My moms a bit old fashion and she loves dancing. And so do I. It's it the blood.......rumba and two step? Odd combination...........but my looks turned out great.......I speak proper English as well with no Texan accent.......I think when it comes to culture, I'm more Brazilian..... People say I look exotic.....

My mother's parents (my grandparents) are of mixed race. It doesn't really affect us directly, since we're almost not... but we sometimes get comments cuz are looks are a LITTLE bit different.

I'm a TCK (Third Culture Kid), I spent a good amount of my childhood away from my passport home. Now I'm back, and I consider my country my home... but I still feel home-sick sometimes, missing the culture I grew up in (The US).

The more years I spend in my country, the more I'm fitting in. But I can't deny that I did face some issues at first, feeling different, feeling as though my culture is not near what I was seeing.

I don't have that feeling so often, but you just can't help being proud of both your homes... a place you grew up in, and your original home :)

Yes. the earth and the moon.
I feel I am more on the Earth side. The moon is too crowded so my family moved to the Earth when I was still a little kid.

I'm not actually mixed but I grew up very Americanized and people actually do mistake me for being half white when I'm not.

I identify with "white" people more than I do with Asian people. Some Asian people don't accept me because I'm "too white."
