Dont talk about her boobs! DOnt stare at her boobs! you think you r being sneaky getting a look but us girls know where your eyes r at all times. Tell her her shoes are cute or her neclace is nice or her hair looks nice. Tell her she is beautiful, we love to hear that. Be honest when talking to her, dont make up big stories. Be yourself and dont be a fake. Take her out on a date, buy her a trinket....cute gel pens..stickers...anything hello kitty...something you know she likes

it seems as though i've found my future husband. :) lol anyway, im impressed with the whole, "showing girls respect" thing, because there aren't a whole lot of guys like that left. anyway, i'm gonna tell you what to do, you might want to print this out :)you need a strategy:
just find a girl you might be interested in and make the first approach:
1) compliment her on something, wether it be her style or something you know she puts effort into.
2) next, let her know you exist: engage her in a conversation, something about school or music maybe.
3) relate to her: find something you both have in common, or something that interests the both of you...something that can lead up to a potential date (#4)... ie: a band or style of music you both like (go to a concert/show), an actor you both like and respect (take her to a movie), outdoorsy stuff you both might be into like surfing or kayaking (my two favorites :) ...(take her to the beach)
-just be persistent, but not too persistent to the point where you look desperate.
-also, don't look too eager, be sort of nonchalant... keep her guessing, and more importantly, interested.

Dude the best way to impress a girl is to be sincere. Just tell her what's great about her. It doesn't matter how small the detail. The smallest details you notice will mean the most. Sincerity is the key word here, because once she notices that you're just trying to 'impress' her, she'll know in a minute and it's over. So in other words the best way to impress is not to impress but to be sincere.

Just talk to them. You don't necessarily have to talk about their looks; that just makes you seem superficial. Just talk about things that you have in common and really listen to what she has to say. You'll be incredibly attractive for it.
