don't make a big thing about it he will get it right again himself if you don't make a big thing about it, give him a drink when he wants it but cut it down small and often is better, between the hours if tea time and bed time get him to pee as often as possible, just gentle reminders, like- go do a quick pee for mummy, see how many you can do before going to bed, in the morning if he wakes up wet just take no notice, just say oh dear a little accident ,then leave it, has he started school or nursery sometimes this can bring this on ,he is so tired Hi's not getting the waking signals, just play it cool and he will sort it out, do not talk about this in front of him to anyone else.

I used to wet my bed as a kid, no problems in my home life as I remember I just used to dream I walked to the toilet and sit on it then start weeing, then wake up at the moment of wetness!
My mum made me a rainy day /sunshine chart- put days of week on a chart, if wet igh draw a rain cloud with rain coming from it on a dry night a big smiley sunshine a week of suns get alittle treat(or you might want to do little treat every 3 days as only young. If doing week later on, and there happens to be a rain cloud start week again next night as no point being dry rest of week if already had accident.
I stll remember my bedwetting days/dream/and chart as a very small child and i'm 30 now. Good luck you can still try the pull ups with this so your not changing the bed in the night the ones with the disappearing pictures if there's been an acccident but try the chart with or without pull-ups. It'll take a couple of weeks so percivere:o)

Don't make a big deal about it...this happens with some kids especially boys. Both my uncle and 2 of my male cousins wet the bed until they were 6. Your best bet is to say "oops there is pee-pee in the bed", wash it and move on. Making it seem like a big deal will only add more pressure and prolong it. Good luck and water-proof mattress covers are a wonderful thing.

Have him checked for a UTI and then forget about it - for now. If it persists beyond 5, he may need to be checked out again. Some children lack the awareness to wake up and they can be helped to retrain their brain by having a little bell go off whenever they start to wet their bed. The bell is laid on a pad in their bed and is moisture-sensitive.

But 3 is still too young to be unduly concerned. I would just put some incontinence pants on him for now.

Has his life had any big changes recently, as this could be a trigger. My 3 yr old stepdaughter was previously dry, but is going through a phase of bedwetting, and having accidents in the day. We think she's a bit stressed by her parents splitting up, having 2 new houses, and getting used to me living with her dad.

Sometimes kids wet the bed, just keep limiting his drinking...6:00pm at the latest, and make him go right before bed. thats pretty much all you can do...don't put a pull up on him though, he will know that its ok to tinkle and it won't help him learn to control his bladder.

Not alot you can do at this point, if he is doing it while he is asleep. Our daughter is 2 and she is going off and on in bed. Just keep cheering them on~! He will be doing just fine before you know it! Good luck!

Pull-ups. Most kids grow out of it before too long.
