well to me it sounds like you may have phobia's and with OCD well that can take a lot out of you. As for meds, depending on the person any med can cause damage to any part of your body or inner organs, so why not go and talk with your doctor, and get the answer from him, that way he can keep an eye on you too and watch for warning signs.

You need to talk to your doctor who will then assess your over all health and decide on an appropriate treatment. If you are not comfortable with taking medication, you should try something like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which in some cases of depression and anxiety have the same success rate as SSRI medication. Obviously, you'll need to talk with your doctor or therapist to decide what is best for your particular case.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

I feel you!! I go through the same things. It really sucks!
My doctor put me on Zoloft. It really helps. You could research this med online and find the statistics on it.
Hope this helps! Good luck to you!!! : )
