Kofi Atta Annan (born April 8, 1938) is a diplomat of Ghanaian ancestry who served as the seventh Secretary-General of the United Nations from January 1, 1997 to December 31, 2006. On January 1, 2007, he was succeeded in that position by Ban Ki-moon.

Former Secretary General of the United Nations.
The guy that had the responsibility to oversea the Oil for Food program regarding Iraq. And what happened...massive corruption, several top UN officials were either fired or quit because they were accepting kick backs.
And to the 1st person to try and tell me that Kofi can't be held responsible for that....Kofi is was captain of the UN ship. And like the Captain of any ship...he is responsible for everything that happens on his ship.

I say it was a good shot, The UN covered up the Murder of three Israeli soldiers and had it on tape. Israel found out about the tape and demanded the evidence which was edited prior to recovery of the tape. The UN allowed Hezbolla access to the area surrounding the outpost in question so the responsibility lies with the UN.
