Take some tylenol or advil and try relax and put a cool wash clothe on your forehead. I would recomend going in if the fever does not go down.

take some tynol..remove clothing and cool bath..if it doesnt go down within the next 2-3 hours yes i would go

not necessarily, are you sick? take tylenol to help bring it down. you may need antibiotics from your doctor if you're really congested. if you can't explain the fever then go to hospital.

Yeah if it stays that temperature for a couple more hours I would go to the hospital

as an adult yes go, as a child, no, i alwasy wait if it hits 103, andddd i cant get it down....adults cant have as high as children, adult 102 is a childs 103-4

yes basically if it gets any higher you can literally cook your brain and become brain dead.
