IM NOT ASKING IF ITS POSSIBLE, lets say it is possible and is being done successfully...is it safe, ok, healthy, unhealthy, not good, or simply horrible.....if someone has this method....on a 1200 calorie diet a day...thats 8400 calories a week, beverages included in that as well....to simple count your way through everything you put in your mouth (calories of course, i mean) and simply stop eating the callories when you hit the 8400 mark, then only water till the beginning of your next week? exersise the same, even though it will be hard, but were saying it can be, hard or not...AND, would this be the same as someone following a 1200 cal diet, and exersising exactly the same. Would they end up being the same effect? just looking for several opinions on this, ty!

No. It's not the same effect.

When you eat a balanced number of calories in a day (1200 calories per day in your example), you use them more efficiently than if you for example eat 2000 one day and only 400 the next day.

Your body will get better utilization of the energy in calories when the meals are spaced about 3 hours apart.

If we over eat in any one meal, those excess calories are stored as fat.

1200 calories is a difficult amount to illustrate the point because it is WAY TOO LOW.

If you are attempting to lose more than 2 pounds of fat per week you are going to lose muscle tissue and your body will slow down your metabolism so you'll stop losing weight.

Take a slower, healthier and more sensible approach and you'll reach your goal.

its possible ive been on a 800 calorie a day diet before. its not that hard if ur not living in a temptation zone. right now i only consume 1500 a day. at 1200 a day youll need to drive every where and avoid stairs and physically demanding tasks. also youll need to find some hobby or good game to take your mind off things when your home( i was addicted to sim city 3000 while i was on my 800 calorie diet).

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Burn Fat Faster

Kick your metabolism into overdrive by performing this body-weight routine 12 hours before or after your weight workout. Move from one exercise to the next without resting between exercises, and repeat the circuit up to four times.

Prisoner squat (20 reps)

Pushup (15 reps)

Bulgarian split squat (15 reps per side)

Inverted row (as many reps as you can complete with perfect form)

Prisoner forward lunge (10 reps per side)

Elevated pushup (8 reps per side)
