Try this one, but be sure to add some garlic to your cooking; or you can take the odorless garlic geltabs. Garlic is one of the most natural HBP reducers. Here's one suggested on the net.

There are many strategies you can use to lower your blood pressure. The best approach is one which combines specific dietary changes, exercise, and medications, if needed.

The best evidence to date on naturally controlling blood pressure comes from a large study called the DASH study. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. The DASH approach, although it sounds like just another diet plan, is nothing more than a healthy eating plan which emphasizes:

8-10 servings per day of fruits and vegetables. A serving is:
FRUIT: 1 medium, 1/4 cup dried, 1/2 cup fresh/frozen/canned, or 6 ounces juice.
VEGETABLES: 1/2 cup cooked or raw, 1 cup leafy raw vegetable, or 6 ounces juice.

Two to three low-fat dairy foods daily. A serving is:
1 cup of 1 percent or fat-free milk or yogurt or 1 1/2 ounces nonfat cheese

Nuts, seeds, or beans 4-5 servings or more per week. A serving is:
1/3 cup nuts, 2 tablespoons seeds, or 1/2 cup cooked beans

Limiting sodium to 1,500-2,400mg daily.

The DASH plan also recommends the use of whole-grains, lean proteins, less fat and minimum amounts of sweets, desserts and processed snack-foods.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.
