If you're looking to get new, go to your nearest Ford store and they could either locate one at another Ford store and bring it in for you, or order you one to your specifications.

If you are looking at a used one, a Ford store would also work, but you can access any car mart magazines or online (in Canada, we have Auto Trader that works great for this purpose). If you find one and it's not a big name dealer, would be a good idea to check the VIN with a Ford dealer and have a trusted mechanic look at it before you buy it, just to make sure there are no hidden problems with the vehicle.
