Sometimes I feels pins and needled on my palm and foot(especially foot)
My question is this: This case without any other sign could be sign of a illness?
Please help me

I feel the same in the foot. It came after a long time seat on computer. It was 2 years ago. I have today too all the time. Doctors say I compressed some nerv irreversible. Take care please . I use now Gehwol Balsam made in Germany. You can order by internet.

palm & foot on the same side?
could be a pinched nerve somewhere, ever have a chiropractic adjustment, it may help
it may be from sitting in one position too long answering questions instead of getting some sleep at 300am. :)

that is normal after the long pressure onto that part...you maybe sleep on your palm or hand....or have your feet pressed....the prickly sensation is actually the flow of blood in your vein to the area that have been pressed...it is a natural process to restore the blood flow to that area.
