Dennis has just got his bank statement regarding his account card. He notices that there is a lot less money at the account than he has expected. He is missing more than 30.000($4000) Swedish kronor. Can he get his money back or does he have to accept them as lost if it is showed that:
A)He has left his card in his car while the car was parked at Arlanda while he was on holiday in France for a week?
B)He had lost the card, but did not report the lost card to the police for a week because he was busy at work as well as in his private life?
please answer in detail..

every country's laws are different
account car? does this mean credit card like visa or mastercard?
or does account card mean a bank card (the ones you use in bank machines like interac)

the bank card somebody would have to have your pin so that money would be your responsibility

here you are not responsible for charges made on you credit card AFTER you reported it missing/stolen

the card in you car? was it missing when you got back? again not responsible for what was charged AFTER you reported it
