In my own opinion, NASA won't even could admit to greater teresstrial existence: it will in basic terms grow to be blatantly obtrusive or they are going to easily stay quiet on the difficulty to dodge issues. the only reason NASA might cover such information might probable to dodge panic and issues of their area classes. are you able to think of having to function an entire type on "appropriate manners while assembly with a sparkling species for the 1st time"?

They have and still do. But think about how it would be for them if humans get hold of them. The government would swoop in and take them into custody, keep them contained, basically imprisoned, study them, maybe vivisect them, interrogate them, basically torture them, and these creatures lives would be over, worse than death. Any smart alien would avoid this at all cost.
Think about this...how could it be possible for earth to be the only place where life exists. If we can be here, anything or anyone could be anywhere. To believe we are alone is completely egocentric.

If you are to engage the enemy, strike unexpectedly and with devastating effect.
From the Art of War by Sun Tzu
If alien exist and spent all the time and resources to travel across the galaxy to earth, they wouldn't come just to be our friends. They'd want something from us, probably our planet, technology, labor and resources. Most likely, they wouldn't be peaceful.

They do come down. And they turn on their fuzzy vision interference zono-meter, to blur any photos you might take of them. They only buzz cars where they know the people inside have low IQs, fly close by, then change direction suddenly, and always out in the country.
Either that, or they don't actually exist.
I can't decide which.

It'd be much harder to mutilate our cattle if they disengaged their cloaking devices.

They want to ... but they would be "interfering" with our misconceptions about life ... and they must let it unfold for us as it may. (Kind of like interfering with another's karma.)

It's a NASA coverup. Just because we are paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get us!
