Ok so my Aunt is having a wedding in March and I am supposed to be a brides maid and i'm a little on the not so skinny side but see i don't want to be super skinny i want to be muscley and tone or whatever. How do i get GREAT results fast?!?!?! Plz Help!!!!

well right now fatty and sugary foods and drinks are your enemy. if you want results that fat then you have to eat almost no fat. just hit the gym, do a lot of running, jogging and lightweights, try to completely eliminate the fat and sugars from your diet. try skim milk and splenda and your new best friend should be a treadmill. also never eat after 8 pm. i dont think you can build noticeable muscle mass in less than a year but you can definitely look slimmer and better in 3 months.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Well.... many discuss with motorbikes (bikes) as Iron horses. I might have a rough time identifying among a speedy bike and a are living, speedy horse. Cars are too confining.

yoga should tone you up. that or pilates.
