I like beef, pork, chicken (birds are my least favourite),
I don't eat veal,
lamb is good,
I like deer (venison), moose (made into garlic sausage is great), bison (a bison roast is very healthy and tasty),
I ate stuffed elk heart (did not like that)
just about everything that lives in the water (fish is one of my favourites)
I don't like to eat carnivores (bear, dog, shark, etc)

I get a lot of food from friend's farms
and I catch some of the fish I eat
I don't hunt but some of my friends do and I eat their catches - ALL of my friends use pretty much ALL of the animal or they would not be my friends - I can NOT STAND trophy hunters

It's a toss up between chicken and pork. But realistically, what I buy is what is a good deal at the time and is fresh.

Boca meatless. I am now a vegetarian ... almost vegan.

when I used to eat meat, usually chicken with japanese/chinese food. all you can eat pork at the bar-b-q, thick steaks well done (burnt on outside).

but now, the thought of meat completely disgusts me and I cannot believe I have ever eaten it. Has to do with working in a slaughterhouse and seeing it from the live cow to the very end of the processing line at once. I take in no animal products (no fish, foul, pig, cow, deer, lamb, etc.) except for very little dairy (butter, cheese).
