I am not bulemic nor anorexic. My weight is with in normal range.
After eating a meal (not over eating) I feel really ill and tired - even if eaten slowly.
It affects me the next day as well my body tingles, and I have a headache and feel nauseous.
Sometimes I feel really thirsty but drinking anything even water doesnt seem to quench my thirst.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks

Have you had your gall bladder out and/or are you a diabetic?
Go see a doctor for some medical and blood tests.

Breed would be nice to know. When I had a husky he had the same thing, turned out to be bacteria in his intestines fighting back some bad bacteria he'd eaten from grass or garbage, or whatever. Took him to the vet, they gave him a shot, some food and some electrolyte crap to mix in his waterbowl a couple times a day. I don't remember the kind of food it was but it came in a can and was like rice and something.

Check your glycemic index (see if you are hypo/hyperglycemic). See if your blood sugar is being affected negatively by what or how much you are eating. The doctor can run a check for diabetes & iron like previously mentioned.

You definitely need to rule out diabetes. If you test negative for that, look into Celiac Disease. It can cause nausea, neuropathy (such as tingling body), headaches, excessive thirst or hunger, diarrhea, constipation, etc... For more information visit www.celiac.com or www.glutenfreeforum.com.

You need to get yourself checked out by your GP.
You also need to make sure you're eating regularly - if you skip meals you're more likely to feel like that.
