all he does is talk t little kids on teenchat.com. everytime i go over to his house he wants me to look at pictures and stuff. should i turn him in then?

Well i think that your friend may have a real serious problem that could get worse, and if you can get him to go in for profession help that would be better, but if he does not, then you may just have to do that to keep young childern safe. If he has pictures and that , that is not a good sign. He may not of done anything to any young child yet, but you don't know if and when he may do something bad to a child in the furture, so that is a hard call, i would try to get him help first, and if that don't work well i guess the law can make him get the help, cause too many childern are killed, raped, and harmed every year, and there needs to people that are welling to help stop it before it happens.

I hope that he has not already harmed any child, but it sounds like he is going that way. He needs serious mental help. I'm assuming your friend is a kid or teenager, so you should tell his parents. Try to get them to take him to see a professional psychiatrist or psychologist. And if you suspect for any reason that he has harmed anyone, tell the police. For example, if you think that he is soliciting sex with minors on the Internet, turn him in immediately.

turn him in? as in he is older than a teen/ little kid?
dont come over if all he wants to do is go online say you're only going over if you can do something together like watch a movie or play an online game together (not looking at that site)
