I mean , all that talk about " I love Jesus and he loves me" sounds kinda borderline "fruit" to me.

waggy: I've never heard any of them say " Jesus is my friend" , it's always " I have a relationship with Christ, why don't you?" If I say I am in a "relationship" with a woman it's pretty natural for people to assume she is my girlfriend or significant other.

As long as Jesus is the pitcher, it's fine by him.
Let Ted Haggerty show us the way! Where can you buy crystal meth at this hour?

Love is not fruit. It's adoration, companionship, honoring, obeying, and the offering of ones body for the pleasure of the other.
You want to consider it fruit, go ahead. I advise you to stay away from the South West border as illegal guests may love your body so much to eat it from starving to death, take your clothes so they have a relationship with other Americans as far as dress. Use your money to create a relationship with merchants to buy food should your body be pass the expiration date and purchase fresh fruit. Or your vehicle, it will be used to vacate from the borderline as quickly as possible. Oh, the gringo has a beautiful radio in his van, turn up the sound so we may hear our favorite song. "Jesus loves me so much he sent this American to aid us across the border-----Burp, Burp---I have eaten and drank so much Burp. All the talk about our new home is true.

My dear Prophet, you surely must love your parents and your brother(s) and your sister(s), do you want me then to consider your love for them as a gay relationship? I am sure that you would not want me to even consider the thought, well, the relationship of the Christians with Jesus carries the same love that you carry for your mother and your father, and for your brother(s) and your sister(s), and then some. I wish you well, Prophet!

Eh? So are you telling me that everyone who has a friendship (because friendships are based on some level of attraction) with the same sex is 'gay' Besides love means alot of different things in different contexts, so I don't somehow thing the Christian 'love' is meant in the same context as 'gay' love!

If I said I love my bioligical father... would that make me gay?
I am a Christian man and I say I love Jesus often, but I certianly am not giving referance anything near what you are hinting towards when I praise the one who gave me a new meaning in life.
Jesus Loves you too friend.. and it isn't gay.

The Bible says for men to love their wives as Jesus loved the Church (the Church was Jesus' bride) and to love your fellow man as Jesus loved all of us. It does not say to love Jesus as Jesus loved the Church.

That's like asking...
Do I sound like a retarded kid on crack when I ask if Christian men are gay for wanting to have a relationship with Jesus?

Are you trying to tell us that you don't love your father just because in doing so you will be labelled gay?

Is it wrong to love your Father?
NO, of course not!
Then why would it be wrong to love your Heavenly Father?
