I live in hawaii and was just wondering when are the best times to fly to LA. We are hoping that we could go some time between July and Nov... any advice would be helpful.

yeah anytime its always about the same.. make sure you take taxi everywhere those people are nuts and are like suicidal maniacs driving .I don't think you want to get a rental unless you have lots of insurance and a death wish..sorry .just my opinion

i dont know but get here at like 4 so you can rest up before you hit the strip at night
