performance of course. thickness and length are only important to the point that "hey, it's usable". If your girth is too wide, it'll hurt to even get it in. If you're too long, you might hit against a girl's cervix, which is painful.

Technique has always been #1. That most women can't orgasm off intercourse alone just reinforces this fact.
