"A country cannot be considered as a developed country only by the developments in in its economic, scientific and technological fields. Thoughts and hearts of the people of the country must also be equally developed and expanded into the global and universal thoughts! Just because a country is financially sound and has thousands of Automic bombs at its commond and at its finger tips does not prove that it or its people can be called as a developed country or super powerful country! Growith of people's thoughts and actions of acountry, into the global as well as universal humans beings is the true development towards the better one unified world!"

Its really hard for general people to understand plans of developed nation. This notion of developed country and developing country is relative and interdependent.
We say India is growing and developing fast but if you are thinking developed country is not developing. Then you are wrong.
Any under developed country start developing coz developed country realize there interest and gains through that under developed country's development.
Let me share you some fact.
India is growing thast true, But US, which promoted growth of India for its own political and growth benefits. In due course India moved closed and dependent on US and moved away from Russia, which was a cold mate of US.
I would like to share 1 fact to you, if our good brains are working for India's devlopment then Best of our brains are working for America's development.
Develoed countries knows that we are rich with culture and value system and they know what we needs. So they are fetching best out of us.
By this i think i am clear about what are the plans for developed countries.....

India is the developing till now a days bcz there is more corruption in our nation.So we want to free our nation from corruption.Then our India will become a developed nation as Abdul Kalam thought but not in 2020.You can ask when.It is in 2010.
