There's MANY out there.

From a box/can/jar/etc.:
Macaroni and Cheese
Tuna Fish
PB&J
Peanut Butter and Banana (Elvis' favorite)

From scratch

Grilled Chicken - place chicken in a saute pan. Cook throughly.

Grilled Cheese - Place slices of cheese between to slices of buttered bread.

Hot Dogs - add hot dogs in a pan of water, bring to boil, simmer a few minutes.

Spaghetti - boil noodles as direceted on box. Heat sauce. Place sauce over cooked noodles. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.

Grilled Turkey Sandwich - toast two slices of bread. Fry or grill slices of turkey (deli-style). Top with cheese while in pan. Wait till cheese is melted. Place turkey on a slice of toast, top with tomato(s), romaine (preferrably, or use lettuce) and two slices of bacon.

Bacon - place slices of bacon in a hot frying pan. Flip and cook opposite side.

Eggs - crack open 2 eggs into a bowl, mix with fork. Add a LITTLE bit of milk, milk again. Pour into a lightly oiled hot frying pan. Pull the eggs away from the edges of the pan, then away from the middle. Make sure to cook on low-med. heat. NEVER HIGH.

Chicken Parmesan - Fry a piece of chicken breast. Top with marinara sauce and parmasan cheese on foil-lined sheet pan (cookie sheet). Bake a few minutes until the cheese is melted and starts to turn brown. Remove and cool 5-10 minutes.

Chicken Fingers (home-style) - slice a chicken breast into strips. Crack 1-2 eggs into a bowl and whisk with fork. Place about 1-2 cups of flour (or cornmeal preferrably) into a seperate bowl. Coat a piece of chicken in the egg and then immediately with the flour/cornmeal. Place on foil-lined sheet-pan. Repeat with other slices of chicken. Bake in oven at 350F for about 10-15 minutes or until done.

Hope those help you. Happy cooking and always remember, be safe, espically without adult supervision. But I always recommend you have some adult supervision.

get frozen cooked shrimp, peeled without tails, a pasta that you like the shape of, a jar of alfredo sauce, and some fresh mushrooms, fry the mushrooms in some butter or olive oil, if you have garlic you might put some in or garlic powder. drop the shrimp into the mix with the mushrooms, in the mean time boil a pot of water, turn the shrimp and mushrooms down to very low when it looks like they are warm through, then pour in the alfredo sauce, you can add things like parsley, chives, itallian spices, etc if you like, parsley and chives you can do a tablespoon of, itallian spices about 1/4 of a teaspoon. pour your pasta in the boiling water and add a spoonfull of olive oil to help it not stick together, cook the ammount of time the box suggests, remember thats with the water at a rolling boil the whole time. but no lid on that or it will run over. the alfredo can be turned off when warm through, and covered. when the pasta is cooked drain and split up into bowls for your ammount of family then spoon the alfredo , shrimp and mushrooms over it. sprinkle with parmesean if you like and a bit of paprika for color if you wish. serve with garlic bread if you like and you could have a green salad before to make it a well balanced meal, if you want to add balance in the dish you can add some frozen spiniach to the pan when you add the shrimp or you can add cooked broccoli as you serve it. peas might work too. good luck, oh, you want about ten shrimp per person if they arent huge ones.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNDPN

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
