Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Don't buy snack foods -- even "healthy" ones. It's better to be hungry than to give in to a snacking binge. If you must, munch on something high in fiber and low in calories, like celery or other vegetables.

And be sure to do something that builds up muscle -- weights, rock climbing, push-ups, biking up hills. This speeds up weight loss a whole lot.

there is really no magic way to do this. You just have to disipline yourself, and ingest less calories than you use up. Going on a raw foods diet is a good way. Eat nothing but fruits and vegetables. It is hard for the first couple of days, but gets easier after that.

Let me move my slice of pizza out of the way and my snickers off the keyboard. OK, avoid sugars and flour. Exercise 4-5 times a week and eat more sensible.

Build lean muscle. Muscle is more metabolically active than fat, so you burn more even when you're just sitting around if you have more muscle mass.

And balance your eating. Aim for healthy low calorie foods about 80% of the time. You don't have to be perfect, and it can be really counter productive to feel deprived.

with or without exercise-
Its the height vs weight, not age-
optimum protein,low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate,low salt nutrition replacing two meals along with essential supplements,and having one meal of your choice per day,with one liter of water for every 44lbs would provide desired result
followed by doing maintenance for equal period of weight loss-having two meals and one meal replaced with the said nutrition.
Male=1"=1kg=2.2lbs
women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
now You can work out your possibilities
Fat% Men 16% and women 26%
Men 2000-2200 calories, women 1500-1800 calories(intake)

consistency (no cheating! so pick a plan you can stick with) and small portions (your stomach will get used to this quickly - less than a week).
