My blood test was positive with STRONGYLES. I used zentel for one month and ivermectin in three doses but I still have fever and itch.

Stronglyes are roundworms. They're one of the most common parasites in the US and other developed countries.
Has your doc done a fecal culture, or just the blood test? If the fecal hasn't been done, it may be another strongylid species that may require another medication. Ivermectin is usually effective on all species, but there are other options. Time to call your doctor back.
