She was sick ,throwing up the day before so we thought she was sick but she all of a sudden delivered this premature kitten ( the ears weren't developed yet )yesterday evening scaring my poor 12 yr old son and my daughter. She had stopped eating and everything yesterday before this. She is now up and around eating, drinking etc. It's 2 a. m. now and this happened around 7 p. m. while I was away. Can she continue pregnancy? We are in a small town and vets are not available this late.

Keep her inside and warm. If you can check her temperature. It is unlikely that she still has other kittens left developing but not impossible. Wait till morning and get her to a vet asap then.
