I think the word Vanya is closely related to this word, but I'm not sure.

Venichka is the diminutive for the name "Venidict".
Vanya is the diminutive for "Ivan".

Little Venedict, little Ivan.

It' seems you've mixed up two different first names.

Venechka (not Venichka) is a diminutive of Venya (Benjamin in English).

But if you mean the diminutive of Vanya it's Vanechka.
