i love this recipe... I found it on the AllRecipes site...

Chicken Tortilla Soup
INGREDIENTS

* 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, coarsely chopped
* 6 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes
* 2 tablespoons ground cumin
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 3 bay leaves
* 6 cups chicken broth
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
* 5 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large stock pot heat oil. Add tortillas, garlic, cilantro and onion. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Stir in tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add cumin, chili powder, bay leaves and chicken stock. Return to a boil, reduce heat to medium and add salt and cayenne. Simmer for 30 minutes remove bay leaves and stir in chicken. Heat through and serve.

homemade chix dumpling soup.

its pretty easy just takes a while i got the recipe from my mom. So good when i make this soup i have a chunk of crusty bread with it like italian or french. I could almost eat the whole pot.So damn good.

So many to pick from... I really love my MIL's chicken fricasse with herb dumplings. Or I got this great recipe for Chicken scallopini from a lady at work that was fantastic

1 shoots of espresso mix with 7-up (soft drink/ lemonade) and a slice of lemon. Add sugar if needed. Very refreshing

2) 1 shoots of espresso, add some chocolate powder, top up with 2 scoops of ice cream. Then add 1 shoots of coco liquor. Put a mint leave on top of ice cream.

3)1 shoot of espresso top up with cream, then add with 1 shoots of brandy.

Chicken Parmesan.

It's a personal favorite. But there's a few different ways to do it.

To make it the way I love it, you have to first bread the chicken breast and fry it. Once it's done frying, top with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. Place in oven to bake a bit (until the cheese melts and starts to turn brown).

It is called EL CID CHILLI, I got it from watching FOODTV. I tried it and it is soooo good and become part of my repertoire of especial dishes for Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July etc

mmmmmm.......how can I answer this,lol!!--there's so MANY good one's out there! The 1st one that comes to my mind immediately is "chicken marsala", oh good GOd, is that a treat!
