what is so urgent that you need to stop your period within the next 24 hours?? there is nothing that will stop your period within this time-frame. You can conceivably avoid having a period for every quarter, but you really do need to have a withdrawal bleed at least every three months so you don't develop endometrial cancer.

i'm dying to know what the big issue is with having your period??

u really can't stop ur period it stops by itselfcause ur body and it lasts for 6-7 days so u really can't so anything about it
