I have the hardest time falling asleep at night, I turn on the comp, chat, call a friend... Its like I dont want to sleep.. I try to avoid those things, but I seem to want to talk and chat and cant stop. Its like an addiction. Have any advice on how to shut the lights and say goodnight ? lol

sometimes that is possiable and sometimes it is not. The best thing to do is to talk to a friend about what is bothering you, or your parents if they will listen to you. Well if chatting keeps you up then do not do that, and try not to be on the computor all night neither. Try listening to some easy listening music, or reading a little bit before saying good night, now that you have read this say good night, and go to sleep. Just kidding. Try just kicking back and watching a funny movie. If none of this helps then maybe you would like to go see a professional that can help find out why you don't like to say good nite and go to sleep, something must be brothering you. You need to change the way you do things at night, like your bed time, and the time you get up in the morning so you will be tired when you get close to that time each night. It does work but you need to stick to it.

hey, i feel that way too but just recently i got diagnosed with depression and that was partly the reason for not being able to sleep. Maybe we just a need for attention that we dont get at home. Does your family give you much attention? Maybe that is the problem. Anyways tell me if you can find a better idea instead of crying in your sleep. Thanks!
