I invited this guy over for coffee tomorrow that I've been dating for about two weeks. I don't want to waste my time and want to sort of interview him (of course I'll make it casual so he doesn't feel like he's applying for a job lol) But what sort of questions should I ask? I want to make sure he's not a whack job or a loser. Thanx in advance for your suggestions :)

You have been dating him for about two weeks and you don't know whether he is a whack job yet? I don't think you should waste your time either, but I seriously doubt you are going to have an epiphany over coffee. You discover as you go along whether someone is right for you. As you date and encounter small conflicts you see how he handles certain situations. You can ask all kinds of questions, but real life situations are really the test of what kind of staying power this could have. I really would just invite him over for coffee and enjoy his company some more.

Ask him very casually about his intrests, his working conditions,is he satisfied with his work etcand in the middle of the conversations keep telling about yourself so that it does not seem like an interview.

if you feel that you need to interview him then hes probably not the right person for you.
