If you did in fact have one...My three year old and I played in the snow, ( while it was snowing, it was beautiful!) drank hot chocolate,watched a movie, made a fire...you know- all the lazy "mother nature made us take a day off" things that any other time you might feel guilty for doing. ( or at least all in the same day!)

I woke up at 7 to go to class, found out at 8 I wouldn't be going,(YES!) slept until 10:00 ( unheard for me!) guzzled two cups of coffee, got the snow gear on and played till about noon. Spent the rest of the day reading, watched Blade Runner, and ate more junk food than I would normally allow myself( which is usually none) In Portland, you rarely get a snow day...you must take advantage of it!
And really, sorry about the people who had to go to work.

howdy, we've a snow hurricane right here to boot. i'm taking each little bit in. I first began out by shoveling, then went on to slightly bit baking, now i'm waiting for some late lunch. you would possibly want to apply it as an afternoon to compensate for some chores - yet why? sit down in a comfortable chair, placed your feet up, grab a tumbler of wine and browse that e book. existence's too short. delight on your day.

Put chains on and went to work. On the way I watched overconfident SUV drivers slamming into curbs (but luckily nothing else...)
