I have wireless internet from a DSL modem inside my house, but there is only one computer in the house, and my brother is always filled with homework and never gets off (my dad doesnt allow a computer for one person only).
I need a device, any device, that includes wireless internet. I have 400 $ to spend, not more

I recommend using your money and possibly buying another desktop computer rather than spending your money on a PDA or mobile device. The reason why is with another computer you can create a wireless computer network in your house so that you and your brother can use your DSL internet on your very own computers at the same time. That way you don't have to wait for your brother to get off the computer. Plus with your very own computer you can do much more such as photos, music etc.
Be on a lookout for cheap computers. Sometimes I see ads in the newspaper from Dell.com where they have desktop computers for $299.00 or $399.00 which includes a free monitor as well.
