anything that doesn't require cooking or ordering from a counter....such as an apple, banana, grapes, or any other easily packed fresh fruit. Veggies such as a carrot, celery sticks, etc. Or, if you need that "crunch", try a handful of pretzels. I sometimes have some plain yogurt with a little bit of honey drizzled in or a slice of bread with some olive pate (Hey, I live in Greece).

Anything that is quick or easy, as long as it's healthy..otherwise why bother?

Good luck!

The best snack for me is a handful of nuts--almonds or macadamias The protein and fat keep me satisfied for quite some time so that I don't crave junk. Sometimes I'll eat a yogurt or a piece of fruit or some carrots (organic, of course!)
