Has something happened in the last three years to make you want to back away? He shouldn't touch you when you don't want to be touched, but you also may have some issue that you need to speak with a therapist about. If this is fairly new, get some counseling.

You've got a classical issue here...two people who seem to be on different tracks some of the time. This is pretty normal, considering that we're all different. So talk with him about it. Tell him that your wants and dislikes are entitled to as much respect as his. He may have his way of showing you how he feels. Ask him how he would like you to grab him at inappropriate times? Probably not. So negotiate with him. All relationships involve some give and take. Good luck.

well he will touch you because he is already comfortable enough with you to get to the sexual level so no matter how many times you will say "don't" in his mind it means "do". if you have been together for 3 years and you can't commit sexually to him after 3 years maybe you two shouldn't be together. over 95% of relations in the long run don't work out if there is no sex involved.

3 years and still at the status of boyfriend ? In and of itself that does not generally bode well. It is possible that he is trying to draw you back to where you apparently were at one point. It also would seem that what used to work no longer does, having become a source of irritation.
I would recommend seriously considering what your two's relationship really is after 3 years and having a long, long heart to heart with each other as soon as possible.

I know what you mean. Can't walk by with out being fondled basically. You need to be very firm on the issue. My ex didn't listen and I got to the point where I'd cringe when he'd touch me. Hence, he's my ex.

No it's the fact that your man is acting really needy and that makes him look un attractive in your eyes. When he gets all touchy with u just tell him to quit acting like a wuss your younger brother is more of a man then he is.

Well, a good boyfriend can always respect your boundries, so let him know that you have some. It's always good to keep some space to have a lasting relationship. If he's not going to respect that, you may need to look out for someone who will.

well, little boy just wants to have some sex. and if it is unpleasant for u u do not tell u re attracted to him. because u re not. if u re attracted to a man when he touches u on whatever place, even on a finger, u feel pleasure and warmth all around your body. but he obviously doesn't care about it anymore. he just wants to have sex- -3 years is enough for waiting

It does'nt matter, some girls are like that, just relax, you will open up, it may take some time, and the boy should be understanding, kind, and gentle and you begin to trust him.

Sounds to me like he is the one having the problems. If he cannot respect you enough to listen to you and respect your boundaries he is the one with a problem not you.
