or is it just the same , cuz i don;t think that ppl in italy would be able to pronounce it easily. if there isn;t , what is the closest italian equivilant

Arcadio: the name does exist, although I never heard of a person bearing it.

Arkadiusz appears to be Polish; it is derived from the Greek word Arkadios. This would have been Latinized as Arcadius, which would have become the Italian Arcadio.

They shouldn't have a problem with pronouncing 'Arkadius'... Perhaps shorten it to 'Arek'
