Deviled eggs are awesome.

10 large eggs, at room temperature

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon brown mustard

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1/8 teaspoon each salt and white pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Fresh celery leaves for garnish

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Serves 8

1. Cook the eggs in simmering water for 12 minutes; drain. Cover the eggs with cold water; let stand until completely cool.

2. Peel the eggs, rinse and pat dry. Slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and mash together with the mayonnaise, mustard, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Spoon the filling into the egg-white halves using a teaspoon or a pastry bag fitted with a 1/2-inch star tip. Dust with the paprika and garnish with celery leaves.

Well, you could make a souffle,
or an omelette
or 'gashouse eggs' - make a hole in a piece of bread, fry the bread on one side, then put a dab of butter into the hole & drop the egg in & fry that, when the egg is cooked, turn the whole thing over & fry on the other side. delicious.
There's so many recipes with eggs. Use a good cook book - you'll find a million.

How about a baby chicken? Or maybe an egg milk shake? You could dye them and make an easter egg! or throw them at someones house and make a mess! You could breed a lizard that eats eggs and technically eggs would be creating lizards. My favorite thing to do with eggs is mix them with cake ingredients and make a cake. Or cookies. Depends what Im in the mood for. Or who's birthday it is.

oh my goodness! That ubiquitous little egg is the gateway to some culinary wonders! There are always the souffles, and the custards with yummy additions like nutmeg (which is alleged to have hallucinogenic properties but tastes good anyway) to meringues - plain meringues, coconut meringues, or the best of all, a Pavlova, which is like a cake made of meringue and fruit and is about the yummiest thing you've ever tried. It's pretty unique, doesn't come premixed, and isn't available in the freezer section of your grocery store. you have to make it fresh and enjoy it.
just type Pavlova or pavlova meringue cake into the search engine. it was called that because it was said to be Pavlova's favorite, which she discovered while she was on tour in Australia.
